Start googling your symptoms and eventually you've got a dozen tabs open and no clue where to start. It’s totally understandable to feel frustrated, like you're never quite doing the "right" thing, even when you’re trying your best. The truth is, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer.

In these sessions, we’ll create a plan that makes sense for you. One that’s built around your body, your symptoms, and your daily life so making changes feels more doable and more sustainable.

The mini consult is for you if:

✔ You’re dealing with symptoms like IBS, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, digestion issues, inflammation, or low energy - and you’re not sure what to do next.

✔ You want someone to look at your symptoms, food habits, supplements, and lifestyle and help you make sense of it all.

✔ You want a simple nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle plan that is realistic and tailored to you and your life.

✔ You’re ready to make changes and start feeling better but just need a little support to get going in the right direction.

What You’ll Get:

Initial Consultation (75 min) – we’ll go over your health history, current symptoms, what you need support with, and co-create a strategy that makes sense for you. We’ll chat about a clear plan to start reducing symptoms and feeling better.

Personalized Plan - including personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations to get you started taking the next right steps

Chat Support Between Sessions - 4 weeks of chat support so you can reach out with questions about your plan and feel supported while taking action.

1 x Follow-Up Session (45 min) – we’ll meet again about 4 weeks later to check in, talk through any obstacles, and adjust your plan so you can keep moving forward with clarity.

$222 CAD

I only take on a few clients each month and open spots as my schedule allows.

If you’re dealing with more complex gut issues or looking for longer term support, the Gut Health Intensive might be a better fit.

A Look into the Process

1️⃣ Booking – Click the “Book Now” button, and you’ll be redirected to my Practice Better page to choose a date and time that works for you. Once you submit payment, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need, including access to your client portal.

2️⃣ Onboarding – Before our call, you’ll fill out a detailed intake form in your client portal so I can get to know your health history, symptoms, and goals. This helps us make the most of our time together and focus on what matters most to you.

3️⃣ Initial Consultation – We’ll meet over Zoom to go through your health history, current habits, and any symptoms you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll identify what’s working (and what’s not) and co-create a realistic strategy that feels doable for you.

4️⃣ Personal Strategy & Action Plan – Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive your personalized plan inside your client portal. This includes food, supplement (if appropriate), and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your needs.

5️⃣ Follow-Up Support – About 4 weeks later, we’ll meet again for a follow-up session to check in, discuss any challenges, and tweak your plan as needed—so you can keep moving forward with confidence.

Hi! I’m Kaarthika

I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP NNCP) helping people getting to the root of their symptoms through deeper gut and hormone support.

After struggling with chronic health issues most of my life, I am deeply passionate about helping people get to know their body better, and use food and nature as medicine to help us along the way.

I am a firm believer that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and everyone deserve to understand what their own body needs.

  • Yes! I run my practice from my cozy home office near Toronto, Canada, but I work with clients internationally. If you're unsure whether I can see you based on where you live, feel free to reach out.

  • Overly restrictive eating can often do more harm than good. My goal is to help you enjoy as much variety as possible while still feeling good. We’ll start from where you are and make changes that feel sustainable long term.

    Depending on your symptoms, taking a short break from certain foods might be helpful, but that’s always a conversation we’ll have together. If it makes sense for you, we’ll create a plan for reintroduction - because flexibility with food is always the goal.

  • Not necessarily, but they can be a helpful part of the process. Supplements aren’t the whole solution, but they can play a big role in supporting your body, especially when there are gut or hormone imbalances. They can help fill in nutritional gaps and give your system a bit of extra support as you work toward feeling better.

    I’ll only suggest supplements if they would make sense for you, and make recommendations strategically and with cost-effectiveness in mind.

  • You’re welcome to book follow-up sessions as needed. I offer 45 minute follow-ups ($80 CAD). Some clients prefer monthly check-ins, while others schedule sessions every few months - it’s completely up to you.
