For a long time, I dealt with digestive issues, food sensitivities, skin flare-ups, and exhaustion that just didn’t make sense. Testing & Lab Review (if needed)

If functional testing would give us clearer answers (like a comprehensive stool test or hormone panel), I’ll guide you through what’s helpful and why. We can also work with blood work from your doctor — I’ll review it through a functional lens and suggest anything else that could fill in the gaps. This way, we’re not guessing — we’re building your plan on real insight.

Gut Deep Dive + Adjustments

Once we have test results (if testing was part of your plan), we’ll review them together in plain, understandable language. We’ll use those insights to adjust your protocol and go deeper — targeting the root causes of your symptoms so you can move toward steady, lasting relief.





Onboarding + Initial Consultation

We’ll start with a few simple forms so I can get a full picture of your health history, symptoms, and what you’re hoping to feel in your body again. Then, we’ll hop on a 1:1 call — this is where we really take the time to connect the dots. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and begin shaping a plan that meets you where you’re at.

Personalized Plan: Foundations + Symptom Relief

After our initial session, I’ll put together a personalized protocol that’s broken into phases — no overwhelm here! We’ll begin with symptom relief and strengthening the basics: things like balancing your nutrient intake, gently supporting your digestion, calming your nervous system, improving sleep, and creating movement routines that actually feel good for you.

Ongoing Support Between Sessions

Healing isn’t always linear — and I’m here to walk it with you. Between sessions, you’ll have unlimited messaging access to me (through Practice Better). That means you can reach out with questions, share updates, or just get reassurance when you need it most. You won’t be navigating this alone.

Hi! I’m Kaarthika

I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP NNCP) helping people getting to the root of their symptoms through deeper gut and hormone support.

After struggling with chronic health issues most of my life, I am deeply passionate about helping people get to know their body better, and use food and nature as medicine to help us along the way.

I am a firm believer that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and everyone deserve to understand what their own body needs.

📅 Sign up and get started. You’ll receive a link to sign up for your initial appointment. You’ll also receive a set of forms to fill out before your first session to get a full picture of your health history and current symptoms.

  • Yes! If paying in full isn’t accessible for you, I offer a monthly payment plan with no penalties or additional fees. If that still feels like a stretch, we can chat about an extended payment plan on our call.

  • I always take a food-first approach to nutrition, but there are times when supplementation can be really helpful—especially in situations with gut imbalances. Supplements can fill nutritional gaps and offer extra support to the body. My intention is to choose supplements strategically and with cost-effectiveness in mind.

  • Functional testing is a tool that helps us get more information and a better idea of what's happening with your gut. That way we can tailor your plan to what YOU need.

    The GI-MAP is an at-home stool test that can reveal imbalances in gut bacteria, digestive enzymes, inflammation, gluten sensitivity, and more.

  • From working with clients, I’ve found that it takes at least 3 months to make real, lasting change (and sometimes longer). Gut healing isn’t something that happens quickly—it takes time to figure out what’s going on, build new habits, and make steady progress. Over these three months, we’ll work together to uncover the root causes, make meaningful changes, and give your body the time and support it needs. This way, you’re setting yourself up for long-term health.
