I didn’t feel like myself and I knew something had to change.

For years, I struggled with my own health issues (eczema, fatigue and digestive issues), without a clue of what was going on.

I held back from making plans with friends, I struggled with self-confidence, and I barely had enough energy to get through the day.

Everything changed when I finally found support.

I finally worked with a practitioner who understood exactly what I was going through. And with support, I made meaningful changes to my lifestyle and finally learned what my body needed.

I made the decision to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and it now brings me so much joy to be the practitioner that my younger self needed years ago.

Credentials

I am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner in good standing with the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Professionals. I am also committed to continued education so that I can bring my clients the most up-to-date information and care.
