Here's What to Expect

After signing up, you'll receive a welcome email with all the details you need, including access to your client portal. Here's what the process looks like:

Intake: Before our call, you’ll fill out an intake form in your client portal to let me get to know you and your health as well as you do. This allows us to make the most of our time together and hit the ground running.

Strategy Session: We'll review your health history and current habits on a Zoom call, establish what's working and what's not, and set up a personalized plan that feels doable and manageable this summer.

Ongoing Support: You’ll get access to 4 weeks of chat / voice message support for on-the-go questions, coaching or brainstorming (available during office hours 9am-5pm M-F).
